“Why am I keeping this just for my own team? Why don’t I share it?”
Our story
Sometimes, the best ideas come when you’re not even looking for them. I was sitting in my office one day, working on a medication training program for the support workers in my own healthcare business. As a nurse, I’ve always believed that quality care starts with quality education.

Questions
New and experienced support workers in disability, aged care and community settings, plus organisations that want consistent essential training for their teams.
No. Lessons are written in plain English with realistic scenarios, so you can start from scratch or refresh skills you already use.
Most courses take a few hours and are broken into short modules, so you can fit them around shifts, study and family life.
Our courses are non-accredited online education. They build theory knowledge but don't give a nationally recognised qualification, and practical workplace competency is assessed separately by your employer.
